Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate before serving with tortilla chips or bell pepper strips.

2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Allen’s® Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and drained
1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup bottled Italian dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 tsp. hot sauce or 1 finely chopped seeded jalapeño
1/8 tsp. salt
