Caviar Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Allen’s® Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup bottled Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 tsp. hot sauce or 1 finely chopped seeded jalapeño
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate before serving with tortilla chips or bell pepper strips.
